📋 Description
• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives across Technology, Digital, Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other indirect spend categories. • Manage strategic sourcing activities, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and value delivery. • Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to support technology, services and AI investment decisions. • Conduct market research, supplier assessments, benchmarking, and commercial analyses to support sourcing decisions and category plans. • Manage competitive sourcing events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract development, and execution. • Identify cost optimization, value creation, risk mitigation, and process improvement opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field. • Minimum 7 years Procurement experience with progressive responsibility, at least 5 years in technology category management. • Experience supporting technology modernization or AI related Procurement initiatives. • Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. • Excellent verbal and written communication and skills including the ability to effectively tailor communication to varying levels within the organization. • Commercially astute, strong planning and analytical skills, including financial modelling, Excel, and Excellent PowerPoint skills essential. • Analytical thinker with excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. • Ability to influence without direct authority. • Proven track record of significant cost reduction. • Experience with Coupa’s Business Spend Management Platform (all Source to Pay modules) a plus.
