📋 Description

• Ensure accurate maintenance and processing of data, with a focus on the variable compensation system • Review and prepare data for further processing • Work closely with the Controlling team and payroll preparation • Support administrative tasks within People Operations • Contribute to the optimization of processes and interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification • Experience in HR or accounting/controlling, ideally with exposure to compensation systems or HR controlling • Confident user of MS Excel and comfortable working with numbers • High attention to detail, a structured working style, and a strong sense of responsibility • Very good German and English skills
