📋 Description

• Lead, coach and support a small team of Onboarding Executives • Manage resource planning to meet business demand and onboarding priorities • Develop and continuously improve onboarding processes, governance, reporting and tracking • Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive accountability for key milestones and deadlines • Meet new franchise owners face to face to discuss onboarding requirements and track progress • Ensure operational, compliance, IT and business readiness requirements are met ahead of launch day • Monitor onboarding performance and share insights to drive better outcomes • Support the growth of Jensten's franchise network by overseeing the end-to-end onboarding journey • Ensure new franchise businesses are fully operational, compliant and ready to thrive from launch

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working within a regulated environment • Strong understanding of governance and compliance • Confident communication and excellent stakeholder management skills • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive improvements • Experience in professional services, insurance, financial services or a similar regulated industry would be advantageous • Proven leadership experience from a supervisory or management role is ideal • Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities • Confidence making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience in operational delivery, onboarding, implementation or mobilisation roles is desirable • Naturally curious and solutions-focused approach • Passion for enhancing processes and delivering a great onboarding experience
