📋 Description

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the team, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and high-quality IBA function • Leading and developing a team of IBA Technicians, supporting them to achieve both individual and team objectives • Maintaining and enhancing procedures and training materials • Managing insurer statement reconciliations, processing payments and resolving discrepancies • Ensuring credit control deadlines are met and proactively managing aged debt • Handling bordereau payments and declarations • Managing client payment and refund reconciliations • Supporting Client Money audits • Reviewing and managing IBA logs • Preparing and reviewing Client Money Calculations • Supporting the implementation of new systems and best practice processes • Ensuring CASS compliance at all times and adherence to FCA client money rules

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in reconciling insurer accounts within an IBA function • Strong knowledge of CASS 5 and client money regulations • Experience of mentoring, training, performance management and conducting 1-2-1s and appraisals • High levels of integrity when working with stakeholders • The ability to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work remotely, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines • Experience of using Acturis within an IBA function (not essential)
