📋 Description

• Lead a group of Associates who handle complex Serious Injury claims, predominantly RTA-based, typically valued over multi-million-pound outcomes. • Alongside your team, take responsibility for case strategy throughout the lifecycle of the claim, including liability, quantum, rehabilitation planning and settlement. • Provide guidance, oversight and peer support to your team ensuring outcomes for clients and the business are achieved. • Lead with integrity, be respectful of all colleague opinions.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with right to litigate with over 8+ Years PQE. • A proven track record as a senior fee earners on Serious Injury matters achieving outcomes of over £3m • A consistent record of high-quality client care. • Experience supporting, mentoring or developing colleagues. • Experience of conducting 1-2-1’s / personal development plans / performance reviews at a senior colleague level • The professional credibility to represent the firm externally within the Serious Injury sector.
