📋 Description

• Design and evolve scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems across frontend, backend, and data layers. • Lead architectural decisions, define engineering standards, and drive Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). • Own and deliver complex technical initiatives end-to-end, translating business goals into actionable technical roadmaps. • Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and best-practice development. • Champion AI-assisted engineering workflows and help teams leverage AI-first development practices. • Drive improvements in testing, CI/CD, observability, system reliability, and operational excellence. • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering leadership to influence strategy and deliver customer value. • Manage operational and technical dependencies with external vendors and partners, including platforms such as Google Workspace, domain providers, email services, and RankingCoach.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience in product-led environments, including experience operating at a senior or principal level. • Expert-level knowledge of modern frontend technologies, particularly React and TypeScript. • Strong backend expertise with technologies such as Kotlin, Java, or Node.js. • Proven track record leading large-scale architectural, platform, or modernization initiatives. • Deep understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, testing strategies, CI/CD, and observability. • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing technical direction across multiple teams. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide engineers. • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar technologies. • Experience establishing engineering standards and best practices across an organization. • Passion for building products that help entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed.
