📋 Description

• Operate and maintain all building systems efficiently, including acting as Duty Authorised Person (LV) when required and issuing relevant site permits as part of the Safe System of Work. • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks. • Conducting thorough building tours to identify and address defects. • Ensuring accurate system updates. • Timely implementation and accurate recording of statutory inspections including fire safety, access equipment, and water hygiene records. • Ensure specialist service provider work meets quality standards and escalate recommendations to the Technical Manager appropriately. • Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards across plant areas, workshops, stores, and rest areas. • Identify required materials promptly and complete internal Materials Request Forms.

🎯 Requirements

• 18th Edition IEE: Wiring & Installation • Previous LV/HV Authorised Person experience • C&G 2360 Parts 1 and 2 (or equivalent) • C&G 2391 (Desirable) • Comprehensive knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation regarding safe working practices • Strong administrative and organisational capabilities.
