📋 Description

• Deliver real estate alternatives and recommendations that create value for a major global client • Manage clients and provide detailed reporting • Own strategy for specified sites and clusters • Manage Real Estate Portfolio Management services in defined countries/clusters • Serve as Project Captain for Housing Studies, Master Planning and other projects • Lead and coordinate regional REPM activities and reporting • Lead portfolio planning processes to develop real estate strategies aligned with P&G objectives • Analyze occupancy, portfolio, real estate and business data • Develop strategies for workplace, organization, process, sustainability, operations and finance • Analyze dispositions, investments, market opportunities, hold-versus-sell scenarios, feasibility studies, asset reviews, market studies, highest-and-best-use analyses, acquisitions and valuations • Identify optimization, cost-saving and ROI-improvement opportunities • Develop business cases and options optimizing NPV, productivity and innovation • Lead Finance, Transactions, Operations and Project Management functions • Collaborate with Client Real Estate Managers, Cluster Leads and business units • Present business cases, scenario planning and recommendations • Establish and maintain senior client relationships with P&G

🎯 Requirements

• Eight to ten years of related experience in a Real Estate environment • High level abilities with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead complicated projects and interdisciplinary teams • Working knowledge of transactions, project management, capital planning and occupancy planning • Experience regularly leveraging and embracing AI in the performance of real estate services • Ability to be a fast adopter of AI and identify new AI applications • Team player and effective leader with strong interpersonal skills • Flexibility and adaptability across diverse portfolio projects • Experience dealing with internal and external customers and managing client expectations
