📋 Description

• Provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets • Implement strategic asset management plans integrating NOC, energy management, maintenance, and lifecycle asset management systems • Develop reliability analysis methods for components, equipment, and processes • Acquire and analyze NOC data and improve maintenance program strategy against performance measures • Conduct maintenance maturity assessments and program/system/equipment audits • Oversee root cause failure analyses and determine corrective actions • Integrate BAS, automated fault detection, maintenance, and capital planning data for lifecycle analyses and repair-versus-replacement recommendations • Execute site-level Asset Management & Reliability programs and processes • Create and optimize preventative maintenance tasks and rank asset criticality using RCM approaches • Conduct reliability studies, create risk mitigation strategies, investigate reliability technologies, and support failure investigations • Plan and perform engineering operations, monitor operations center systems, implement RCM programs, and conduct condition assessments • Apply predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and motor current analysis • Maintain CMMS records and equipment history; develop reliability KPIs and maintenance metrics • Collaborate with Maintenance and Planning groups and coordinate engineers, technicians, and third-party resources • Conduct facility condition assessments across labs, manufacturing, office, and distribution locations in the Americas • Document and prioritize asset conditions, remaining useful life, capital planning findings, and lifecycle recommendations • Support commissioning for upgrade, renovation, and construction projects • Perform other assigned work

🎯 Requirements

• BS in an Engineering discipline; mechanical or electrical preferred • 10 years’ plus experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and understanding asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches • Experience in critical environments preferred, such as data centers, laboratories, or manufacturing environments • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems • Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, labs, or distribution facility types • Experience delivering training, coaching and mentoring • Experience with CMMS/EAM systems • Experience in business analysis, asset management, and/or risk analysis • Practical experience developing and optimizing maintenance strategies and plans • Experience implementing and/or working with ISO9001 or ISO55001 management systems • Asset whole lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership experience • Experience with multidisciplinary projects and system integration across multiple asset types • Ability to read, comprehend and apply technical manuals and reference materials • Ability to make informed recommendations with incomplete datasets • Strong oral and written reporting skills • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manipulate large amounts of data accurately • Certified Reliability Leader, Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional, Level 2 thermography, vibration, and ultrasound certifications preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
