📋 Description

• Partner directly with clients to understand open technical positions and hiring needs • Build strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by mapping the talent market • Optimize the use of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel • Source, screen, and close high-caliber candidates for a variety of technical positions • Collaborate with client recruiting teams to improve processes and implement scalable recruiting strategies • Accurately track and report recruiting data and metrics • Share knowledge with the team and learn from others • Support an evergreen requisition pipeline and be prepared for recurring client requests

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience with at least some in-house experience • Proven track record of building strong partnerships with stakeholders from interviewers to hiring managers to executives • Data-driven and problem-solving approach to recruiting and stakeholder management • Experience optimizing and using recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel • Ability to source, screen, and close technical candidates • Experience accurately tracking and reporting recruiting data • Passion for building teams and delivering excellent candidate experience • Persistent curiosity and desire to learn
