• Responsible for building and deploying meaningful sales enablement initiatives across all regions and segments of Sales organization • Assist with the planning, registration, execution, and tracking/reporting of high-impact training initiatives • Ensure that Go-To-Market employees are iterating and improving their skill sets • Collaborate with sales leadership, product, and marketing to develop enablement resources and programming • Work closely with front-line sales and successful reps to identify needs and skill gaps • Administer internal LMS tool and ensure access to collateral for quota-carrying teams
• A minimum of 5 years experience in an enablement (or similar) role supporting go-to-market teams • Experience managing a team and coaching individual contributors • Past experience, or high level of comfort carrying a quota • Experience with content management and learning management systems • In-depth understanding of sales execution, sales strategy, sales methodology • Excellent time management skills • Comfortable managing executives and aligning to priorities • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
