📋 Description

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals • Reach out to potential customers through outbound sales channels • Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline • Conduct product demos and present SaaS solutions to clients • Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities • Manage forecasts, follow-ups and conversion activities • Build long-term customer relationships within the German-speaking market • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach and sales performance

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German with strong English proficiency • 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS or tech environments • Highly results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets • Strong at leading conversations, building relationships and closing deals • Proactive, resilient and structured in your approach to work • Comfortable working in fast-paced scale-up environments with ambitious goals • Experience in SaaS, technology or public-sector related industries is a plus • Additional European or Nordic language skills are an advantage
