📋 Description

• Develop and cultivate the strategic persona framework across People, Process, Data, and Technology • Participate in key forums and governance boards to assess and approve designs and features affecting business personas • Act as strategic advisor to business leaders on resistance management, communication, and persona adoption strategies • Champion cross-functional engagement across User Access Management, Security, ISRM, RAC, Training, and Data • Provide persona-based analytics and insights to support decisions and compliance and GxP requirements • Orchestrate impact assessments covering ways of working, SOPs, training, communications, and provisioning impacts • Manage upstream and downstream dependencies across teams • Drive role mapping execution and persona governance with global functional and local site partners • Set and report persona KPIs to program leadership, councils, and forums • Collaborate with peer groups to provide end-to-end persona governance transparency • Implement maturity assessments and audits to improve governance effectiveness and compliance • Manage retrospective persona cleanup and technical debt rehabilitation from prior releases • Align persona strategies with Transcend program releases, Operate State, and IM Digital Operating Model Principles

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required • Bachelor’s / University or higher degree strongly preferred, focused in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of in-depth leadership experience delivering change management principles, persona / role based methodologies, and strong technical prowess • Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain operations • Comprehensive expertise in business architecture, persona and identity management, and data flows for persona mapping and change adoption • Experience with user persona development, journey mapping, impact assessment, mitigation, and realization strategies • Extensive experience facilitating governance and chairing senior leadership forums across global and regional functions • Demonstrated leadership in large-scale transformation and operational model changes in complex, regulated industries • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving competence • Preferred experience directing technical debt remediation and governance initiatives • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical/biotech regulated environments, compliance-driven access requirements, and enterprise risk management • Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally
