📋 Description

• Manage the global assessment workflow, including PIA, TIA, DPIA, and annual BPDA/RoPA assessment cycles • Conduct intake, risk evaluation, and development and deployment of remediation action plans across business lines • Provide privacy-by-design guidance to product development teams and escalate legal-judgment questions to the Chief Counsel • Own data subject rights operations, including intake, verification, fulfillment, recordkeeping, and routing controller-side requests to applicable customers • Own records of processing and data mapping • Coordinate retention operations with records management and data governance policies • Manage the vendor privacy program, including privacy assessments, risk tiering, and data processing agreement workflows • Lead privacy training and awareness and build internal support tools • Build and support the privacy network across business lines • Administer the Securiti.ai privacy management platform and maintain program KPIs • Prepare program reporting for the Chief Counsel and governance committees • Coordinate contractor and intern resources and support program budget tracking • Deliver scheduled work product through structured project management • Coordinate with the external German DPO • Support works council arrangements and EU/UK regulator correspondence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in privacy program management or privacy operations • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of assessment workflows (PIA/TIA/DPIA), data subject rights operations, records of processing and data mapping, vendor privacy reviews, and/or training delivery • Operational depth in GDPR and UK GDPR • Working knowledge of U.S. state privacy laws • Strong project management and organizational skills • Interpersonal range to bring together cross-functional teams and drive organizational change • Fluency with privacy management tooling such as Securiti.ai, OneTrust, TrustArc, or equivalent • Experience with program metrics • Structured, pragmatic execution in a lean, matrixed, multi-country environment • English fluency
