📋 Description

• Nurture marketing leads into sales-ready opportunities and book demonstrations with the sales team • Make contact with at least 80% of inbound leads via phone or email with immediate, proactive outreach • Be the first line of communication for prospects: answer sales phone calls, emails, and online chat messages • Showcase product offerings using judgment to answer questions about clients’ needs • Implement creative marketing ideas to engage unresponsive leads and increase bookings • Prospect for new clients • Manage sales team schedules and equally distribute leads • Participate in marketing and sales team meetings • Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and persistently follow up with leads

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment • Quick learner with strong communication skills • Passion for marketing and a strong understanding of the sales process • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Dependable, proactive and able to maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude • Previous work experience within a Customer Service Role preferred, but not required • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Salesforce proficiency preferred, but not required
