📋 Description

• Design and build microservices in C# and .NET Core 10 for core business processes • Own data models, including Postgres schemas, Redis caching, and RabbitMQ messaging • Deploy services to production • Maintain fast CI/CD pipelines • Identify bottlenecks, security risks, and failure modes proactively • Promote clean code and automated testing • Share technical knowledge with the team • Use coding agents in daily development workflows, directing, reviewing, and correcting their output • Collaborate with software architects, product owners, and developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical decisions • Help shape service boundaries, AI-agent workflows, and engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building backend services in C# and .NET • Experience with microservice architectures • Production experience with Postgres, Redis, and RabbitMQ • Knowledge of architecture principles, performance optimization, and secure scalability • Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban • Clear written communication • Comfortable working in English • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus, not a requirement
