📋 Description

• Develop, own, and execute Jumio’s global BDR strategy in alignment with company sales and GTM objectives. • Lead and scale regional BDR managers and teams across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring alignment and accountability for regional targets. • Oversee career pathing, compensation structure, and enablement programs to drive global team performance and engagement. • Implement advanced account-based outbound prospecting strategies for target and enterprise-level accounts. • Partner with Product Marketing to refine messaging and ensure consistent global value articulation to senior and C-level audiences. • Standardize global BDR playbooks, workflows, and CRM processes to drive conversion efficiency and quality. • Collaborate with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to optimize campaign follow-up, pipeline handoff, and SLA performance. • Report on global pipeline performance, KPIs, and insights to executive leadership while ensuring CRM data accuracy and transparency. • Drive global adoption of sales engagement tools and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to enable data-driven execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of BDR/SDR leadership experience, including 3+ years managing global teams. • Proven success leading global pipeline generation for B2B enterprise software organizations. • Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and scale high-performing, multi-regional teams. • Strong analytical and operational skills with a data-driven management approach. • Expert proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
