• Conduct targeted prospect research to identify new target accounts and contacts within the US and LATAM markets using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via personalized cold calls, emails, and social media messaging to initiate conversations • Qualify outbound leads using structured frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDPICC) and assess interest, needs, budget, authority, and timeline • Articulate JumpCloud's mission and value proposition and how solutions address IT and security challenges • Schedule and confirm qualified introductory meetings or demonstrations for Account Executives • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) logging prospecting activities, communications, and lead qualifications • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams; share market insights, feedback on lead quality, and refine messaging • Generate qualified pipeline and achieve monthly MQL/SQL targets contributing to US and LATAM sales teams
• Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico • Fluent in English (speak and write) — interview and screening primarily in English • Fluency in Spanish; Portuguese skills a plus • 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation/pipeline targets • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and activity tracking • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) • Experience selling to or engaging prospects in the US and LATAM markets is highly desirable • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills • Strong active listening skills and ability to ask probing questions • Resilience, persistence, high curiosity and passion for continuous learning • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player • Willingness to operate in the US East Coast territory and align outreach to that region's business hours
