📋 Description

• Manage teams developing high-quality Low Code solutions • Develop modern Low Code solutions and appropriate Pro Code extensions or integrations • Technically manage teams building and testing scalable, secure and performant applications • Make sound, reasoned technical decisions in a fast-paced environment • Manage, coach and develop a small number of employees • Manage employee performance and assist with career development • Provide direction for the team while solving problems collaboratively • Interact with customers and share technical knowledge • Mentor colleagues and other team members • Design, build, test and maintain modern software applications • Own technical aspects of Low Code projects, including architecture, estimation, product planning and user story/requirement creation • Balance technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in designing, building, testing and maintaining modern software applications, including Low Code solutions and appropriate Pro Code extensions or integrations • Experience technically managing teams building and testing modern, scalable, secure and performant applications • Knowledge of software development rules, practices and patterns such as XP and TDD • Experience owning the technical aspects of a Low Code project, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story/requirement creation • Experience balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints • Expertise in Low Code software design and development across all solution layers • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques • Ability to assess when to use out-of-the-box Power Platform capability, low-code customisation, or pro-code development • 5+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform • Strong Dataverse and model-driven app development skills • Experience with CE modules including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights • C# plug-in development and PCF development using TypeScript/React • JavaScript form customisation and Power Automate • Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings • Desirable: TypeScript, REST API integrations, Azure DevOps and Power Platform ALM, Azure Functions, APIM/Azure Service Bus, and AI-driven delivery
