📋 Description
• Leading analysis of client business challenges, developing solutions across business operations and technology capability • Leading Kainos/client joint teams to develop business transformation roadmaps • Leading Kainos delivery teams to refine and inform service and product transformation • Leading specific client areas for the Kainos Defence team in identifying, qualifying and converting new opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working within Defence sector or similar • Sole British National holding current SC clearance, with willingness to apply for DV • Comfortable with significant travel and on-site working (up to 4 days per week) • Extensive hands-on experience of Business Analysis and Consulting • Experience in rapidly understanding client problems to propose effective, feasible solutions • Strong stakeholder communication, management and relationship building at all levels from graduates to the C-suite • Core consulting experience (analysis, project management, business case development, communicating with impact, workshop facilitation, project management, stakeholder management) • Excellent commercial awareness and a proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
