📋 Description

• Work in a team or independently to help clients transform post-production business planning needs using Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud • Support Workday Adaptive Planning implementations for customers across multiple industries and organization sizes • Maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite • Contribute to all phases of Adaptive Planning implementation projects • Understand clients' current planning processes and migrate legacy models into Adaptive Planning • Recommend solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe • Guide clients through design sessions and configuration decisions using best practices • Develop and configure forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning • Assist with planning and delivery of user training sessions • Document planning models and reporting delivered to clients • Deliver engagements on time and within budget • Communicate regularly with clients, set expectations, provide customer service, and serve as the go-to resource for project inquiries • Share learnings and solutions with colleagues • Provide mentorship to more junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning and management reporting • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models • Advanced Excel skills • Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, such as Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, or Oracle Hyperion • Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues, including in a remote working situation • Ability to formally present to senior client audiences • Proven ability to work effectively within teams and alongside customers • Ability to execute individual tasks with limited supervision • Ability to manage time effectively and record it accurately • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure • Evident consulting skills, including presenting, leading workshops, demonstrating, and explaining complex functionality or solutions • Able to travel to customer sites in the same region; minimal out-of-region travel may also be required • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (nice to have) • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) or part-qualified accountant with strong industry experience (nice to have) • Previous consulting experience (nice to have)
