📋 Description

• Join a Product team focused on innovating new products on the Workday platform • Identify, build, sell and operate new products until they become mature products • Contribute to technical design and technical solutions for new products • Use Workday Extend, AWS and AI technologies and platforms • Help build customer-focused product roadmaps • Create proof-of-concepts and gather user feedback • Design solutions addressing customer and prospect problems • Support junior colleagues by embodying Kainos values • Help ensure Kainos projects are successful • Build a community of practice in the specialist area

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing Extend applications • Experience developing and coding within agile delivery environments • Experience working with web service technologies (REST, SOAP) • Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues, including in a remote working situation • Proficiency in English • Good commercial awareness and some understanding of project and business dynamics • Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines • Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures while maintaining high quality and accuracy • Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements • Ability to ensure information security at all times
