📋 Description

• Provide statewide clinical leadership, support, training, and oversight for a network of over 90 healthcare organizations in over 70 counties. • Ensure consistent implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols. • Serve as the primary clinical resource, offering consultation, training, and performance feedback to improve patient outcomes. • Lead, plan, execute, and evaluate the OB simulation training that advances maternal and neonatal safety. • Travel to participating health organizations to facilitate training sessions. • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with external partners and local leadership teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Nursing • Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing • Licensed in State of Kansas • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record • Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice • Ability to travel to participating sites for training purposes and follow-up.
