📋 Description

• Take overall responsibility for exciting customer projects in an international environment — from order intake to successful project acceptance. • Maintain active communication and coordination between our customers and external and internal project stakeholders, while leading and inspiring cross-functional project teams. • Ensure project success by responsibly planning and controlling schedules, costs and scope of delivery. • Prepare regular forecasts as well as technical and commercial reports on current project status to ensure transparency and efficiency. • Proactively manage claims and change control to address challenges effectively while keeping project objectives in focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification • Several years of professional experience as a project manager in plant engineering/industrial plant projects • Excellent German, English and French language skills to communicate effectively in an international project environment • Strong customer focus and a keen eye for technical and commercial feasibility to develop tailored solutions • Structured and independent way of working, combined with a high level of responsibility and reliability to drive projects to completion • Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Project, for effective planning and documentation • Flexible and willing to travel (approx. 30%) to provide on-site customer support
