📋 Description

• Lead an ERP consulting team of 7 to 10 ERP consultants, both professionally and disciplinarily • Coach team members, provide regular feedback, and foster independent work and individual development • Plan utilization, resources, and capacity • Work closely with two other Co-Heads as a cohesive leadership team • Share knowledge across teams, align approaches, and ensure mutual coverage • Develop shared standards and best practices • Ensure quality standards in ERP implementations, customer training, and consulting services • Further develop processes across the customer lifecycle in collaboration with Project Management, Knowledge Management, and Customer Success Management • Implement strategic objectives and manage change • Take responsibility for a specific area of expertise • Support the team with complex questions relating to WOWIPORT, ERP software, and real estate and housing management processes • Develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions for day-to-day project and consulting activities

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional and disciplinary leadership experience • Proven track record of developing employees and supporting them through change • Solid experience in ERP consulting, software implementation, or managing ERP systems • Experience with customer projects, training, and consulting • Knowledge of the commercial and process-related aspects of housing companies or property management organizations • Experience in resource, capacity, and workforce planning • Ability to manage complex situations in a structured and solution-oriented manner • Ability to inspire people and guide them through change • Constructive collaboration with different departments and stakeholders • Strong decision-making skills and effective delegation • Clear, reliable communication and transparent communication of decisions • Willingness to occasionally travel within Germany to visit colleagues and customers
