• You build and develop sustainable relationships with our regional product partners. • You analyze and identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and successfully implement them. • You actively connect sales and partners and promote close, successful collaboration. • You design and moderate events (online & on-site) to strengthen exchange and knowledge transfer. • You support the sales team with product-related expertise, prepare content in an accessible way, and ensure high information quality. • You monitor market trends and competitors and derive concrete actions for your region.
• Experience in partner management, key account management, or product roles—ideally in banking or financial services. • Solid knowledge of mortgage financing. • Strong ability to reconcile differing interests and jointly develop viable solutions. • A good sense for market opportunities and sales potential. • Ability to present complex content clearly and persuasively—both internally and externally. • A structured, self-directed working style and a strong desire to shape and improve solutions. • Enthusiasm for collaboration, networking, and proactive communication. • Willingness to travel within your region.
