• Own a market — you will be focused on the UAE / Middle East market, and you’ll be responsible for growing our top segments as if it were your own business. • Run high-impact demos that clearly show prospects how our SmartBox product solves their operational challenges. • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close. • Experiment and adapt — try new outreach methods, refine your pitch, and find creative ways to break through. • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience with a track record of consistently closing new business. • A self-starter who’s energized by ownership — you don’t just run plays, you create them. • Resilient and resourceful — you keep moving after rejection and find new ways to win. • Passionate about learning products and showing customers how they can transform operations. • Startup-minded — flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond your immediate role. • **Nice to Have** • Sales experience in industries like hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, first responder, or government services. • Background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS.
