📋 Description

• Develop and lead partner training programs on Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices • Design and deliver training covering products, services, positioning, and competitive advantages • Create and curate presentations, webinars, and product guides tailored to partner segments • Define, track, and analyze KPIs evaluating partner enablement effectiveness • Report partner performance and enablement impact to management • Build relationships with global partners as primary contact and technical champion • Support partners, address technical questions, anticipate obstacles, and map solutions • Lead project transitions from statement of work to kickoff and from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success handoff • Handle partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations • Collaborate with sales to write partner statements of work and define business goals • Reduce time to value through structured project playbooks • Collaborate with sales and global service teams to help partners scope and deliver Keyfactor projects • Lead cross-functional meetings to align business priorities and messaging to partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience • Profound expertise in a specific IT domain or technology stack • Mastery of industry trends, company-specific strategies, and future-oriented innovations • Capability to influence and drive significant organizational initiatives • Experience in large enterprise IT environments via services delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement • Strong consultation skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders • Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems • Proficient understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals • Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Effective time management and prioritization skills with complex partner deployments • Proficient knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services • Proficiency with Unix/Linux • Advanced scripting development using Microsoft tools such as SQL and PowerShell • Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as needed • Proficiency with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Proficient knowledge of Kerberos protocol and OAuth authentication • Proficient knowledge of EJBCA product stack
