📋 Description
• Provide visionary leadership for the entire Global Professional Services organization • Drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth • Develop and execute long-term strategies to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business performance • Lead a team of Directors and align them with organizational goals and strategic objectives • Drive large-scale transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality • Build and maintain relationships with key executive stakeholders, internally and externally • Oversee the financial health of the Professional Services organization, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability • Represent the organization in top-tier customer engagements, industry conferences, and executive briefings • Establish and enforce global standards, processes, and best practices for project delivery • Drive innovation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies • Ensure global compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations • Champion high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • Deep knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity with commiserate leadership experience • Capability to lead organizational change, influence company-wide strategy, and drive business growth • Complex reporting capabilities with Excel or other BI software, using data to effectively communicate and persuade an audience • Visionary leadership and advanced strategic planning • Exceptional stakeholder engagement • Strong and effective consultative communication skills with customers and internal/external stakeholders • Advanced, methodical, and expedient business troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities without needing escalation to other leaders • Ability to speak confidently to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences internally and externally, effectively de-escalating situations • Advanced interpersonal communication and writing abilities with autonomy
