📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience • Hands-on ownership of complex, concurrent projects or integrated work streams within an agency or consulting environment • Experience managing project scope, budgets, forecasts, timelines, and resource plans across multiple simultaneous client deliverables • Experience delivering work for healthcare or pharmaceutical clients within an agency environment • Direct exposure to client-facing project delivery • Experience partnering with Client Services and cross-functional teams • Experience managing dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations through project completion • Hands-on proficiency with Smartsheet, JIRA, or Microsoft Project • Experience applying both waterfall and agile approaches across multidisciplinary project teams • Ability to adapt delivery methods to project requirements • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of work • Experience coordinating project teams across multiple locations or time zones • Experience presenting project status, risks, budget considerations, and recommended actions to senior stakeholders or clients • Experience supporting organisational change or evolving delivery processes • Working knowledge of SCRUM practices • Experience producing portfolio, project, or financial reporting
