• You are responsible for the strategic management and further development of our public clients at municipal, state and federal levels • You analyze customer needs, procurement channels and decision-making structures • You independently develop proposals and concepts within the framework of public tenders • You manage the entire sales process — from requirements assessment to successful contract award • You present our solutions to authorities, municipal bodies and public institutions • You are jointly responsible for contract and project management (including contract administration) and for coordinating internal interfaces with branch offices • You systematically monitor the market and competition and actively participate in shaping our sales strategy for the public sector • You maintain and expand relevant networks within the public procurement market
• A degree in business administration, a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification is required • Several years of professional experience in a similar role desirable • Sales experience and enthusiasm for networking are essential • Business-fluent German (spoken and written) is required for seamless internal and external communication • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are a must for tasks such as preparing analyses • Interest in and understanding of cleaning solutions is desirable • Valid driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel required to attend sales appointments
