• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. • Identify, pursue, and close strategic sales opportunities with enterprise customers, government agencies, partners, and other key stakeholders. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. • Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close. • Develop strategic account plans and drive expansion within existing customer accounts. • Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align market opportunities with product offerings. • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging business opportunities. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements. • Mentor and support junior sales and business development personnel as needed. • Develop partnership, channel, and alliance strategies to accelerate market penetration. • Prepare and present business forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. • Contribute to pricing strategies, proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial terms. • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
• Eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance - US Citizenship required. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 15–20+ years of progressive experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or related commercial leadership roles. • Demonstrated success in achieving significant revenue growth and closing complex, high-value deals. • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies in competitive markets. • Experience working with executive-level decision makers and managing strategic customer relationships. • Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies. • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Advanced negotiation and contract management capabilities. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment. • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills. • High degree of business acumen and commercial judgment. • Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.
• Employees may be called upon to participate in in-person meetings, trainings, or company functions at Knowmadics offices or other designated locations. • Travel in support of business operations may also be required.
