• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Account Management • Experience in enterprise software; knowledge of open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software is highly advantageous • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical skills to track and forecast renewal metrics
