📋 Description

• Source and prospect new affiliate partners across media publishers, mobile networks, incentive sites, social network partnerships, and CTV • Draft and send personalized outreach • Manage the partner pipeline from first contact through onboarding • Support partner vetting and scoring processes • Assist with go-to-market and launch coordination for new affiliate partners, briefs, newsletters, and creative asset delivery • Administer the Impact.com platform, set up partner accounts, perform tracking link QA, and update commission structures • Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles using QuickSite, AppsFlyer, and Hex exports • Feed the Kraken Pro performance dashboard and provide updates • Monitor compliance and fraud flags and escalate according to policy • Support invoice and payment reconciliation with acceleration partners and finance • Maintain partner creative assets, records, contracts, and documentation • Coordinate with agencies on day-to-day partner servicing and escalations • Assist with ad hoc analysis and dashboard maintenance • Support affiliate strategy development as the program scales • Participate in cross-functional discussions with product, compliance, design, martech, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, or a related digital marketing field • Strong written communication skills for partner outreach and relationship management • Comfortable working with data • Detail-oriented and process-driven, able to manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams concurrently • Genuine interest in the crypto or fintech industry • Exposure to SQL or BI tools such as Hex and QuickSight is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact.com and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer is a nice-to-have • Fintech or crypto experience is a nice-to-have • Applicants must select the city and country from which they will work • Applicants must disclose whether they need sponsorship to work in their location
