📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations and QA for the internal growth platform • Test new releases, rule changes, edge cases, and existing features through regression checks • Find, document, track, and verify fixes for bugs, including reproduction steps, severity, and impact • Monitor platform performance and agent activity • Escalate anomalies, unclear issues, and risky outputs • Manage daily approval queues and ensure items are reviewed • Check agent output against defined checklists and standards • Identify confusing or inconsistent workflows and report them to the team • Write and maintain test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes • Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and platform operators

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, ideally on a software product or complex system • Exceptional attention to detail • Structured approach to testing, including creating and following test plans • Clear written communication for bug reports and documentation • Comfort with data and dashboards • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly • Daily use of AI tools and curiosity about their limitations • Willingness to learn prompt engineering and communicate precisely with AI systems • Reliability in maintaining routines and clearing queues • Experience testing software products or AI/LLM-based tools is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or similar tools is a nice-to-have • Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows is a nice-to-have • Interest in fintech or crypto is a nice-to-have
