📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers building our payments and B2B API experiences. • Drive the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable applications. • Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver high-impact features with measurable business and customer value. • Collaborate with other Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to maintain consistency in engineering standards and architecture across platforms. • Champion engineering excellence, maintainable systems, and code quality. • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical growth, ownership, and collaboration. • Strengthen team organization and delivery through agile processes, project tracking, and metrics (e.g., DORA, cycle time).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering products at scale. • Experience managing a combined frontend and backend engineering team • Deep technical background (preferably in Rust) with a solid understanding of modern backend architectures and API design. • Strong cross-functional leadership — able to align frontend and backend efforts in a complex, multi-platform environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Empathy for the customer and a passion for building intuitive, performant experiences. • Experience in FinTech or Payment products is preferred. • Background in systems design or distributed architectures is a nice to have. • Working knowledge of Rust (or similar languages such as Go or C+...)
