📋 Description

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies • Gather, organise and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists and sharing industry trends • Collaborate with the broader sourcing team to leverage best practices in research techniques, Boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods • Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines • Leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvement • Source candidates through social media, internal databases, job boards, networking and internet searches • Act as an ambassador for Kraken/Payward, sharing company values and driving brand awareness • Participate in research projects and initiatives that improve hiring infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology/product businesses • Bonus points for experience in crypto, fintech or product-driven organisations • Ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies • Strong expertise in Boolean and X-ray sourcing • Strong product sense • Sound understanding of talent-acquisition fundamentals • Creative, inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics • High agency, bias for action and confidence influencing stakeholders • Ability to close exceptional talent without compromise • Comfort with ambiguity and urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting • Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge • Fintech/crypto understanding required
