📋 Description

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies • Gather, organize, and communicate competitive market intelligence • Identify where target talent exists and share industry trends • Collaborate with the sourcing team on research techniques, Boolean searches, tools, networking, and other sourcing methods • Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across multiple disciplines • Use data to drive decision-making and process improvement • Source candidates through social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, and Internet searches • Act as an ambassador for Kraken/Payward and build brand awareness • Participate in research projects and initiatives that improve hiring infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology/product businesses • Bonus points for experience in crypto, fintech, or product-driven organizations • Ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies • Strong expertise in Boolean/X-ray sourcing • Strong product sense • Sound understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals • Creative and inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics • High agency and bias for action • Confidence to push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and close exceptional talent • Comfort with ambiguity and urgency in a fully asynchronous, remote-native setting • Ability to produce compelling market intelligence based on business and industry knowledge • Fintech/crypto understanding required
