📋 Description

• Guide strategic talent sourcing across multidisciplinary sectors • Identify external and internal talent pipelines • Promote internal mobility and employee referrals • Partner with hiring managers through end-to-end recruitment • Deliver structured, behavioural interviews • Ensure compliance and effective use of applicant tracking systems • Support bids through proactive talent pipelining • Use data insights to meet targets and hiring KPIs • Recruit candidates for Technology & Manufacturing teams and data centre clients in the United States • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including identifying, interviewing and selecting candidates • Develop key working relationships and insights into hiring requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Construction recruitment experience across Data Centres or Technology & Manufacturing sectors • Experience within consultancy, main contractor or owner-representative environments • Talent acquisition expertise across screening, interviewing and offer management • Experience using applicant tracking systems • Sector-aligned subject matter expertise • Strong professional networks • Credibility with senior management stakeholders • Experience recruiting into the United States • Knowledge of necessary US visa requirements • Ability to work US Eastern Hours, 1PM UK–9PM UK
