📋 Description

• Lead development and scaling of Kraken’s agentic customer-engagement offering across voice, email, SMS, and future channels • Define and own trusted AI products, platform evolution, user experience, knowledge and agentic design patterns, and the product roadmap • Collaborate with strategic clients to understand workflows, pain points, and goals and build enterprise-grade AI agents • Advise customer teams and Kraken domains on AI roadmaps and complex business challenges • Run feedback loops with engineering to guide feature development and product evolution • Write and test prompt logic for customer use cases • Represent Kraken externally and participate in key deployments • Assess and manage technology partners and vendors, integrations, and roadmap alignment • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, leadership, data, and analytics teams • Influence the long-term roadmap and own the agent portfolio end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a scaling SaaS or enterprise software environment • Experience leading ambiguous, zero-to-one product initiatives • Systems thinking across workflows, integrations, constraints, and execution layers • Comfort working with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, evaluation frameworks, or ML systems • Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams, ideally including ML-driven initiatives • Strong commercial instincts and ability to balance customer value with platform leverage • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Bonus: energy, telecom, fintech, or similar domain experience • Bonus: enterprise SaaS experience • Bonus: conversational AI product experience • Bonus: defining future user experiences with AI in the loop • Bonus: products using reinforcement learning, evaluation frameworks, or continuous learning • Bonus: global product experience
