📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned customer or multiple functional team members • Allocate resources to implement project plans and achieve service levels • Manage workload balance and participate in resource management across global teams • Ensure seamless integration of team services • Implement, use, and review SOPs consistently • Coordinate and monitor progress toward team goals • Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics and take corrective action • Participate in department or customer strategy execution and communicate strategy • Develop team members and establish performance objectives • Complete documented performance evaluations and interim progress reviews • Manage continuous improvement, quality, and productivity • Monitor and resolve customer complaints, issues, concerns, and service failures • Apply best practices for budget and risk management • Maintain systems such as Workfront with accurate workload and timeline information • Lead client relationships, milestones, communication, and escalation management • Consult with customers to understand needs and define success • Collaborate across CLS functions and Business Units to optimize client delivery • Assist project management leadership with team operations • Work with Business Development Directors to understand customer needs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 3 or more years of customer leadership experience • Fluency in English • Bachelor degree (preferred) • 1 or more years of people management/supervision experience (preferred) • Ability to work Monday–Friday during standard hours • Remote work in the UK
