β€’ Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth β€’ Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors β€’ Achieve annual sales targets (approx. Β£750k sales value in year one) β€’ Develop proposals and present solutions aligned with client needs β€’ Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline progress β€’ Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner success

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in apprenticeships or training β€’ Strong understanding of the apprenticeship levy and funding models β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Tenacious, ambitious, and target-driven
