• Deliver Lucky Saint’s sales and profit targets within the On-Trade National Channel • Win, manage, and grow national on-trade accounts, securing new listings across draught and packaged SKUs • Develop and execute national account plans to drive distribution, visibility, and rate of sale • Negotiate commercial agreements including contracts, pricing, and activations • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners • Deliver customer engagement including training, activations, and ongoing support • Analyse account performance to identify growth opportunities • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful customer campaigns and activations
• Proven experience with national On-Trade customers • Strong network across national hospitality groups • Track record of growing distribution and rate of sale • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and pricing • Confident relationship builder, able to influence senior stakeholders • Experience developing and executing account plans • Data-driven, comfortable analysing performance and using insights to improve results • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Passion for hospitality and the no & low alcohol category • Experience working with wholesalers or route-to-market partners • Experience delivering group-level activations or training programmes • Tenacious, driven and hungry to be part of Lucky Saint’s success
