📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of law firms from contract signature through launch, adoption, and growth • Understand customer problems and objectives and take newly signed firms live • Set clear milestones, build relationships and advocacy, and deliver value against customer problems • Drive adoption and growth through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell motions • Act as a trusted partner and lead change management in law firms' operations and processes • Identify patterns across firms and create go-to-market and product feedback loops • Feed customer insights back into Legl to support expansion into new regions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running customer launches or implementations for a B2B SaaS product • Understanding of why customer implementations succeed or fail • Experience carrying a commercial number, such as expansion or net revenue retention • Comfortable navigating commercial conversations • Experience driving genuine change management within firms' ways of working • Comfortable with the scrappy, agile nature of an early-to-market scale-up • Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership, learn, and iterate quickly
