📋 Description

• Act as the first line of support for customer and technical queries across onboarding, compliance, payments, and reporting • Diagnose root causes independently and escalate issues cleanly when needed • Guide law firms and their clients through product features and AML/CDD workflows • Help end-clients complete their product journey smoothly • Use AI tools to draft and maintain help centre content and speed up troubleshooting • Manage a support queue and priorities end to end • Communicate proactively with customers and colleagues during incidents and change • Identify ticket and feedback patterns and propose process improvements • Feed insights to Product and EPD to address recurring issues at source

• Strong written and live communication skills with law firm customers, end-clients, and internal colleagues • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Proactive communication and timely escalation of issues • Self-directed, accountable, and able to own projects end to end • Strong time-management and prioritisation skills • Ability to independently learn new products, tools, and regulatory domains • Improvement-minded approach to identifying and proposing process improvements • Technical curiosity and problem-solving ability • Comfort supporting less technical end-clients directly • Willingness to use AI tools as part of the working model
