📋 Description

• Reach out to mid-sized companies, for example in the mechanical engineering sector, via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. • Connect with decision-makers in Sales and Marketing and assess their current lead capture processes. • Qualify leads and schedule demo appointments. • Research target companies and contacts and build lead lists. • Accurately document all activities in the CRM (HubSpot). • Test pitches, sequences, and target audiences, and continue developing the outbound process.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience with cold calling, ideally in a B2B environment, as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales representative. • You have excellent written and spoken German skills. • You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and are able to organize yourself independently while working remotely. • A plus: Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist. • A plus: Experience selling to mid-sized businesses or industrial companies.
