📋 Description

• Lead publisher acquisition and growth across live Amazon markets in EMEA • Identify, onboard, and optimize sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, media buyers, and content publishers • Build prioritized publisher and sub-network target lists with tailored outreach approaches • Negotiate partnership terms aligned with Amazon-side business goals • Analyze existing EMEA publisher partnerships and create re-engagement or growth plans • Optimize product feeds, improve conversion, and unlock partner growth • Track the competitive EMEA affiliate/publisher landscape and identify opportunities • Own technical onboarding, including API integrations, tracking setup, and attribution accuracy • Troubleshoot tracking and integration issues with partners and escalate engineering issues when necessary • Maintain technical documentation for partner self-service • Track and report GMV, conversion rate, and activation status across the EMEA portfolio • Surface trends and insights to prioritize time and resources • Collaborate with the Creator team on messaging and territory approach • Share partner feedback with Product to inform the roadmap • Report directly to the VP of Marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or business development — direct experience with sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, or similar publisher types required • Hands-on experience with API integrations and a strong working understanding of affiliate attribution and tracking technology • Comfort troubleshooting technical integration issues independently, without a dedicated engineer on the call • Familiarity with affiliate platform technologies (Impact, CJ, AWIN, or similar) and comfort reading technical documentation • Strong negotiation skills • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, entrepreneurial — this role builds a lot of its own process rather than following an established playbook • Based in the UK or Netherlands • Fluent English required
