📋 Description
• Own moderation across the client portfolio — recruiting, onboarding, managing performance, running QA, and offboarding moderators as needed • Lead incident response and escalation management • Build and maintain a healthy moderator pipeline • Set and uphold moderation standards • Develop moderator retention initiatives • Contribute to events planning and delivery as part of the broader team's workload
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Strong judgement under pressure • Organised and process-minded • A builder, not just a doer • A natural leader • Excellent writing skills • Confident building complex spreadsheets • Comfortable working across tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools like Claude and Gemini
