📋 Description

• Own the Data team's priorities, intake, and triage • Run team rituals including planning, reviews, and workshops • Perform hands-on analytics, including deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, recommendations, weekly report inputs, and Monthly Business Review inputs • Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs • Align the data roadmap with product roadmaps • Translate stakeholder business questions into specifications, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria • Quality-check analyses, dashboards, and datasets before delivery to internal or external stakeholders • Coach and develop the Data team on problem framing, communication, and stakeholder management • Partner with the Data Tech Lead to co-own the roadmap and ensure infrastructure work serves business needs • Report to the CTO and line manage the Data team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work • Experience leading people or setting priorities for a small team • Expert SQL • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Omni or Superset • Strong business and product mindset • Technical depth sufficient to discuss warehouse design, pipelines, data models, and trade-offs • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills across product, engineering, finance, BD, and C-suite • Strong data storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Crypto/DeFi domain experience or demonstrable deep understanding of cross-chain, DEX aggregation, bridges, or wallets • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Python, dbt, dimensional modelling, semantic layer design, metric definition management, AI-readiness, ML modelling, on-chain data/tooling, and streaming data are nice to have • At least 1+ years of experience in leadership, as asked in the application form
