📋 Description

• Handling inbound calls and warm leads • Consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs • Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits • Converting sales leads into policyholders • Begin paid training from day one in a remote work environment • Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with mid-morning start time

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty License required after hire
