📋 Description
• Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations • Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions • Complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates • Maintain professional and responsive communication with Hosts • Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports after each consultation
🎯 Requirements
• Preferred but not required: background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields • Flexible schedule • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations • Ownership of a phone or tablet for completing reports and uploading photos • Amazing communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Proficient in written and spoken English • Tech-comfortable with stable internet for report submission
